Bryan is awarded an NIH F31 Predoctoral Fellowship!

Bryan is awarded a National Institutes of Health (NIH) F31 Predoctoral training grant funded through the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI)! Bryan will be co-sponsored by Dr. Allen, Ph.D. and Dr. Carl Pepine, M.D. His project titled, ” Vascular cell sexual dimorphism in complex mechanical microenvironments,” will study the interactive effects of mechanical stimuli and material properties on vascular cell behavior to elucidate cardiovascular disease sex disparities and further rationale biomaterials design.
